Last Saturday, Integrated Heritage Project held its launch and inaugural fundraising event. We invited friends, family, colleagues, and new board members to celebrate five years of hard work to create and launch this wonderful new idea and venture. Founder and Executive Director, Erin Linn, spoke about the work IHP will be doing to protect and preserve heritage in the developing world through education and community capacity building.
IHP is proud that the pilot project, a heritage field program for graduate students, will occur in the summer of 2016 in Cambodia. As part of the celebration, member of the Angkor Dance Troupe of Lowell danced in the traditional Cambodian form, helping to communicate the extraordinary cultural heritage of this ancient nation.
We have gained amazingly generous support towards meeting our fundraising goal, and we are almost 30% of the way towards our fundraising goal but we still have a long way to go and need your help to fund the first year of operations. Please support us in this endeavor – even the smallest donation can make a difference. Please add your support here.
